I had an absolutely exceptional stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, especially Chris at check-in—his sunny disposition set the tone for our adventure. The breakfast was like a delicious hug every morning, with Imelda and Wayne ensuring that everyone felt pampered and fed!

Very convenient location a stone's throw from the canyon. Indoor heated pool made for a great way to unwind after a long day exploring, and the breakfast options were plentiful enough to get you fueled up for hiking.

The breakfast vibe felt a bit chaotic during busy hours, with a mad rush for food that left the area crowded. Our room had a musty smell that lingered despite efforts to air it out, making it uncomfortable at times, and the space felt cramped for a family. Additionally, the breakfast cut-off time felt a tad early, especially after a long day, which left us scrambling for a quick bite.

Despite the power outage from the flood, they provided flashlights, which was impressive. The breakfast was a real treat, offering a variety of hot options. I loved the spacious King Suite, very comfortable!

The room we stayed in was on the bottom floor, right next to the breakfast area and an exit, which meant constant noise from early risers and traffic. The facilities felt outdated, with an unusually loud mini-fridge that was hard to ignore. the prices felt steep considering the arrangements and room condition.

Inconsistent hot water supply!!! !!! Poor handling of room availability!!! The outdated facilities could really use a refresh, especially for the prices being charged!!! Noise disturbances were noticeable!!!

i had a fantastic stay at the holiday inn express during my day tour of the grand canyon. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the service was top-notch, far exceeding my expectations from my previous visit to tusayan. the location was perfect, just a quick drive to the south entrance, making early morning visits to the canyon incredibly convenient.
